I’m an unapologetic internet surfer. I like to find out things. In the past, I read the telephone directory just to see what was in it. Internet surfing was made for someone like me. Periodically, I have to go through my bookmarks to see what URLs are still valid. Often I wonder why I bookmarked a particular site.
I noticed one today that is fantastic for anyone looking for information about anything. It’s the Internet Public Library at http://www.ipl.org. The site is like having a library reference system at your fingertips. You can read everything from almanacs to unclassified CIA documents. It even lets you ask the librarian questions. Pretty cool!
